  1. Get 1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour

  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

Steps to make Cream filled chocolate muffins:
  1. Whip cream and add vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar to it. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Now take a bowl and add maida/refined flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix all well. Now add melted butter, chocolate essence and again mix well. Make a free flowing batter with milk.
  3. Now grease moulds or you can prepare aluminium foil cups to bake in kadahi. If you are making it in kadahi then heat your kadahi with some salt inside, keep stand on salt and cover the kadahi with lid to preheat it. Let it heat at medium flame for 10 mins. Once your kadahi is heated mix baking soda in batter and mix well in one direction and pour batter a little batter in moulds. Place these moulds in kadahi.
  4. Cover your kadahi and bake for 2 mins. After 2 mins place a small quantity of chilled whipped cream on partially baked muffins. Pour more quantity of batter to cover cream. Bake them for another 10 mins. Muffins are ready. Enjoy the flowing cream when you bite these chocolatey muffins. Serve after garnishing with chocolate syrup.
