Taste and season with salt and pepper. - Sit aside to cool.
  4. Preheat oven to 200C. Spoon lamb mixture into 4 individual ovenproof baking dish. Using piping bag, pipe on mashed potato. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until mashed potato is golden brown. Serve immediately
