Steps to make Fish Cakes:
  1. Boil potatoes for 15 mins
  2. Microwave fish for 2 to 3 mins until cooked
  3. Mash Potatoes, fish, pesto and herbs together
  4. Cut cheese into appropriate sized cubes depending whether starter or mains and mould mash around pieces.
  5. Chill for 15 mins
  6. Roll fish cakes in flour, then egg and finally bread crumbs
  7. Fry cakes on either side for 2 mins and bake for 15 mins at 200c (fan)
  8. Mix Mayonnaise and Mustard to make sauce
