Get 1 1/3 cup water

In a pan, lightly cook sausage or bacon. Crumble and leave in pan. Do not drain grease.
Add potatoes, onions and peppers to lightly cooked meat, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until well done.
Prepare pancake mix (according to instructions on the package ) in a bowl large enough to add meat and potato mixture to. Do not mix too much, or you will over mix batter when you add the meat and potatoes. Just mix until no dry mix is left.
Add the meat, potato, peppers with onions mixture from the pan, and cheese to the pancake mix in the bowl and mix in.
Now dip the mixture onto a hot, lightly greased skillet, a large spoonful at a time. Medium heat. Turn when bubbles appear on top.
My husband likes this served with cream gravy.
