  1. Take 3 tablespoons readymade Jerk chicken spices
  2. Make ready 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps to make Jerk Chicken:
  1. Mix the ingredients above and marinate chicken for at least 3 hours. Best to marinate overnight.
  2. Prep the vegetables by rubbing with olive oil,sprinkle some chicken seasoning,pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 40-50 minutes until chicken fully cooked
  4. Remove the chicken,roast the vegetables for 10minutes under same temperature.
  5. Serve to eat with limes.
