Add your milk and stock cube and lower the heat stirring continuously as it can stick. You can loosen the sauce with some boiling pasta water if it gets too thick.
  3. In a pan of boiling water place the pasta and boil until cooked. Drain and add to the cheese sauce.
  4. Plate and sprinkle with the dry basil.
