  2. Make ready 1/2 kg chicken
  3. Get 1 cup dahi/curd
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 1 tsp roasted Kasuri methi
  6. Get 1/2 tbsp salt
  7. Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare For gravy
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp oil
  10. Make ready 2 big size sliced onions

  12. Take 3 tsp coriander leaves
  13. Get 10-15 cashew nuts
  14. Make ready 10-12 Almonds
  15. Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  17. Get to taste salt
  18. Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  19. Take 1/2 glass water
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  21. Prepare 1 tsp chicken masala
Instructions to make Chicken Korma:
  1. First clean and wash the Chicken. Then marinate it. keep aside for 1 hr
  2. After that heat oil. Fry Onion in it till golden brown in colour. Then grind it make fine paste.
  3. Until then grind the tomatoes with coriander leaves and cashew nuts and Almonds.
  4. Now heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min.
  5. Then add tomato paste and onion paste mix well fry for 2 min.
  6. After that add red chilli powder and salt mix well.
  7. After that add tomato ketchup and mix well.
  8. Then add marinated chicken and water mix well, close lid cook for 10 min on low flame.
  9. After that add add Cardamom powder and chicken masala mix well, close the lid cook for 5 min on low flame. Or till kurma is ready.
  10. Serve kurma with chapati and rice.
