  15. Make ready 2 pieces Black Cardamom
Steps to make Shahi White Chicken korma:
  1. First we will heat the pan. After that we will add oil. When the oil is hot, then all the spices will be added to it.
  2. Then after 1 minute put onion, it has to be cooked for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add chicken to it. The chicken has to be mixed well. Add salt after 4 minutes.
  4. Then put the vinegar in it and mix it well.
  5. Step-5 After 1 minute, then ginger garlic paste is added and crushed Black pepper is to be added. Then you have to mix everything well.
  6. After 2 minutes, add almond and green chili paste.
  7. Then add curd and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
  9. Then open it and mix it well and then cover and cook the chicken till the chicken is fully cooked.
  10. Serve the hot Shahi Chicken with roti or Mughlai Paratha.
  11. Note- Do not use water in this whole recipe.
