  1. Take 400 gm chicken
  2. Make ready 2 Potatoes cut into cubes

  1. Heat oil and fry onion and ginger garlic
  2. Add coconut and tomato,salt
  3. Fry well and switch off
  4. Blend it and keep aside
  5. Now matinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder
  6. Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas
  7. Add Potatoes and saute well
  8. Add chicken pieces and saute well
  9. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
  10. As the chicken pieces are soft add masala paste and saute well
  11. Add red chilli Powder and salt saute on low heat
  12. Add sugar and garam masala powder
