The ingredients needed to make Enchilada Chicken:
  1. Get 2 lb Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless)
  2. Take 1 can Enchilada Sauce
  3. Get Sour Cream Sauce
  4. Get 8 oz Sour Cream
  5. Take 1 Chili Powder
  6. Prepare 1 Smoked Paprika
  7. Take 1 Hot Sauce

  2. Put the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the enchilada sauce over it
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (until chicken is fully cooked)
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate
  5. When chicken is done, take the pieces out of the slow cooker and put them in a bowl
  6. Pull the chicken apart with tongs and put it back in the slow cooker (mix it with the juice in the slow cooker)
  7. Serve with Sour Cream Sauce on top
