  2. Now in a wok add white oil around half a cup and as it heats add the bay leaves. After 10 seconds add 2 onions chopped finely to the oil and fry till they are red in colour. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes on all sides. Cover and cook them in liw flame for 1 minute on each sides.
  3. Then add the masala paste to the wok and cook on high flame gor 1 minute. Add 250 grams of beaten yoghurt and cook covered in low flame for 2 minutes. Add salt 1 tablespoon or as per your taste and a handful of raisins and cook covered in a low flame till the chicken gets tender.
