  3. Prepare 1 cup plain yogurt

  6. Make ready (grind the above ingredients to paste in a food processor)
  7. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Take 3 tsp coriander powder
  11. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Prepare to taste salt
  13. Take 2-3 bay leaves
  14. Take 4-5 tbsp oil
  15. Take 2-3 green chillies chopped (optional)
  16. Take juice of 1 lemon squeezed
  17. Make ready as needed coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions to make Chicken Seekh korma:
  1. Cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & shallow fry them on medium heat in a fry pan. keep them aside in a dish.
  2. For gravy: heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas(redchilli,coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. - add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes.
  3. Once the oil floats on top add the fried seekh kababs & mix well. chk for salt. - garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with roti or steam rice.
