  1. Make ready 1/2 kg Chicken wings
  2. Get 1 tbsp Honey
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  4. Take 1 tbsp Salty soy sauce
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  6. Take 1 tsp Sugar
  7. Prepare 1 tsp pepper
  8. Prepare 0,5 tsp Salt
  9. Take 3 cloves Garlic. Finely chopped or just smash them
  10. Take 1 Onion. Chopped
  11. Get 2 cm Ginger. Finely chopped
  12. Take Chives
Steps to make Roasted Chicken Wings:
  1. Marinade chicken wings with salt, onions,ginger, oyster sauce and everything except de chives. Let it stand for 1 hour in a fridge.
  2. Add +/_ 50 ml water and cook it with medium fire until the water is gone.
  3. Smear the chickens with honey. Place it on pyrex which has been covered with aluminum foil. Add chives and bake it with 200°c for 20 minutes. Don't forget to occasionally flip the chicken to cook evenly.
