  1. Prepare 500 g chicken breast
  2. Take 4 tbsp soy sauce
  3. Get 5 tbsp squeezed orange juice (1 large orange or 2 tangerines/clementines
  4. Get 3 tbsp honey
  5. Take 1 tsp sesame oil
  6. Make ready 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  9. Prepare 1 large onion
  10. Prepare Sesame seeds for garnish

  1. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, orange juice and honey to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in the chicken and finely chopped onion.
  3. If you have time, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Now is the time to start cooking the sides. Rice and steamed veg for me
  5. Heat the pan, add the oil, then add the chicken. Try to leave some of the marinade in bowl if possible.
  6. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes then dish up onto plate
  7. Chuck the rest of the marinade to the pan and throw in the butter. Stir until butter is melted and mixture thickens
  8. Add sides to the plate then drizzle the marinade on the chicken.
  9. Add the sesame seeds and you're done. Enjoy!
