  15. Get Oil for deep frying
Steps to make Chicken Fry:
  1. Grind garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Leave it to marinate overnight or at least for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Deep fry till golden. Drain and serve.
