The ingredients needed to make Eggless Chocolate mousse:
  1. Take Whipping cream-200gm
  2. Take Cooking chocolate-200gm
  3. Get Yogurt/hung curd -2tbsp
  4. Get drops Vanilla essence/extract-few
  5. Take Chocolate shavings,mint leaves,cherries for garnishing
Instructions to make Eggless Chocolate mousse:
  1. Whipp the cream till it forms stiff peaks(i used low fat fresh amul cream)
  2. Melt the chocolate in double boiler or microwave it for a minute or so till the chocolate melts completely.keep aside to cool
  3. Add vanilla essence and yogurt to the cream,whisk gently
  4. Add the melted chocolate to the cream mixture and fold gently till it is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Pour it in bowls and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  6. Remove from fridge,garnish with fresh mint leaves chocolate shavings and cherries
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy
