  1. Take Vegan chorizo (300g), premade or bought
  2. Take Olive oil
  3. Take 15 slices Vegan cheese
  4. Take 1 portion Dough 3-ways
  5. Prepare Sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Tip the dough out and knead for 1 minute. Cut into 15 portions and roll into balls. Roll each ball out into 5mm thick circles.
  2. Place a vegan cheese slice on each circle followed by a slice of vegan chorizo. Fold up the edges of the dough circle and pinch at the top to seal
  3. Lay the dough balls sealed side down on a baking tray (preferably lined with a baking sheet). Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25-30mins at 180°C until golden brown
  4. Serve up and enjoy with a dip (e.g. guacamole)
