  2. When nearly brown, add red wine and let it evaporate. Then add tomatoes and half the stock. Simmer on LOW for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add rest of stock and continue simmering for another 45 mins. Start to bring big pot of salted water to the boil.
  3. Cook pasta according to instructions. Add the milk right at the end of cooking, stir. Trust me on the milk! Drain pasta and add to sauce, mix and serve
  4. Enjoy :)
