  5. Add onions, pudina/mint, coriander. Add cornflour. Add dhaniya powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Mix and mash well.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai. Take a small quantity, make it into a ball, flatten it on your palm so it's even with regular edges. Cook it in the oil for 2 minutes. Remove it, place it on a tissue to remove excess oil.
