Instructions to make Cheesy Chapli Kabab:
Arrange all the masala together. Now in a chopper add mince, egg beaten, salt, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste 1tbsp, Red chili flakes, Garam masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, makai ka aata. Choperize well.
Beat egg and scrambled well.
Chopped onion, green chili.Now add, scrambled eggs, chopped onion, green chili, soaked and crushed pomegranate seeds, and mix well. Sliced tomatoes and set a side.
Now make balls and add cheddar cheese cubes in center and make kebabs flattened with hand and put tomato slice over it and shallow fry them. For extra cheesy when kabab cook well spread cheese over it,sprinkle red chili flakes and cook for awhile until cheese melts and it's done. More pictures 👇
