  3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for about 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of the fish, turn at least once, but keep splashing / scooping the cooking sauce over the fish.
  4. When the fish is just cooked, ie:- flakes are Separating/ falling away from the main piece, stop cooking and remove the fish to a heated plate while you make the sauce.
  5. Add the flour, Mixed with a little water into a paste, to the fry pan, stir until sauce thickens and pour over the fish..
  6. Enjoy with mashed potatoes or rice, as you prefer!
