Croissant is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Croissant is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have croissant using 9 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Croissant:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Flour
  2. Prepare 75 gm Sugar
  3. Take 20 gm Salt
  4. Get 60 gm Unsalted butter
  5. Take 70 gm Gluten Powder
  6. Prepare 25 gm Bread Improver
  7. Get 50 gm Milk powder
  8. Make ready 15 gm Yeast
  9. Get 450 gm Water or more as per need
Steps to make Croissant:
  1. Mix all ingredients in dough mixer.
  2. After it completely mixed give some rest for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. Cut 3 kg dough and put it into sheeter. Roll it first time then add 600 gm of unsalted butter and 600 gm of corman butter then roll it again
  4. Crossant have one single foled on rolling then one double rolling or you can say book folding.
  5. After final folding give rest in walking or deep freezer.
  6. Take out crossant dough from freezer then roll it into sheeter then cut it as per size you need for crossant.
  7. After cutting crossant put it into proofer for some time then bake it for 18 minutes on 195 degree temperature.
