Get 1/2 onion, diced
Prepare 1 red bell pepper, diced

Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent.
Add ground beef cook until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning and juice of lime. Set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 375 and very lightly oil a sheet pan or pizza pan
Open and separate the crescent triangles. Take care not to over handle them making them warm or sticky
Place triangles on sheet pan, wide-side in, over lapping slightly to form a ring. If meat is still cooling, refrigerate the sheet pan until ready to stuff.
When meat is cool, stir in cheese.
Spoon mixture onto the base part of triangles in the center of ring
Fold over points and tuck them over meat and under the center of the dough. Some mixture will show.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cool on pan 5 minjutes before cutting.
