Ab aik pot Mein ghee ya oil add krain tamam sabit garam masalay,taiz pat, darcheeni,Hari elaichi,badi elaichi,zeera,badyan ke phool,laung add krain.Thora sa oil Mein fry krain.phr soaked kiye huye rice shamil krdain. Or sath hi salt bhi add krdain.thora sa bhoonain ab is Mein warm water shamil krdian or mix Kar ke rice ko pakne dain.Rice ko half done krna hai full cook nahi krna.ab Rice 50% cook ho Kar tayyar hain.
  3. Qormay ke liye beef Mein ginger garlic paste, yoghurt,salt, Lal mirch powder, kashmiri Lal mirch powder, Haldi powder, dhania powder, Zeera Powder, sabit Kali mirch, Hari elaichi, Jayfal jawetri powder, Aloo Bukhara, oil and brown pyaz shamil Kar ke achi trha mix krain or isay 1.5 hours ke liye marinate honay ko rakh dain.
  4. 1.5 hours ke baad isay cooker Mein ya kisi pot Mein daal Kar gosht glne tak pakayn.jab gosht gl Jaye to is Mein red hot koyla rakh Kar koyla ki dhoni dai dain or biryani ki teh lagane tak isay dhak Kar rakh dain.
  5. 2hours ke baad parda wali dough rise hojaygi isay dobara se knead krain.or counter top par bri c roti bail lain.
  6. Ab aik glass ka bowl lain bowl zra bada hona chahye jis mein aram se teh LG Jaye.
  7. Ab is Mein achi trha oil se brush krain.aur phr is Mein kalonji sprinkle krdain.phr is bowl mein dough phela dain.
  8. Ab is Mein sb se pehli layer rice ki add krain.phr aik layer qormay ki add krain.or phr sliced tomatoes add krain.or podeena bhi shamil krdain.phr rice ki aik layer then orange colour sprinkle krdain.then aik layer phr qormay ki.
  9. Then phr podeena then last layer rice ki phr orange zarda colour sprinkle krdain.or phr dough ke sides Mein oil laga Kar pardah dough ko poora cover krdain or upper se bhi oil laga dain.
  10. Ab aik bari pateeli Lai Kar us Mein koi wire stand laga dain.or isay 10 mint ke luye preheat krlain.
  11. Ab is preheated pateeli mein glass bowl rakh dain.or cover Kar ke 20-30 mint ke liye low to medium flame par bake honay dain.
  12. 30 mint ke baad check krain.agr dough bake hogai hai or colour bhi agaya hai to isay nikaal lain.
  13. Or isay serving dish Mein flip krdain.
  14. Garam garam guest ke samnay serve krain or cut krain.bohaat mzay ki Bni hai AP bhi zrorrr try krain.
