The ingredients needed to make Instant biryani:
  1. Take 2 cup cooked rice
  2. Get 1 Chopped onion
  3. Take 1 Chopped carrots
  4. Get 1 Chopped potatoes

  8. Take 1/4 cup green peas

  15. Take 2 tsp Biryani masala
  16. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

Easy Instant Pot Vegetable Biryani - fragrant basmati rice cooked with whole spices, herbs and vegetables. This easy biryani is packed with so much flavor, is also vegan and gluten-free. While it tastes great on its own, I enjoy it with a side of raita (yogurt dip). With my instant pot egg biryani recipe, you can cook hardboiled eggs AND biryani rice at the same time in the same pot!

Instructions to make Instant biryani:
  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp oil and saute 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 star, 1/4 tsp jeera till turns aromatic.
  2. Further add 1 onion and saute well.also add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and continue to saute.
  3. Now add  carrot, potato, peas, gobhi and 3 beans.
  4. Furthermore add soya keema curd, chilli powder, biryani masala and  salt.
  5. Saute well making sure the spices and curd are cooked well. and also oil releases from sides.
  6. Further add 2 cups of cooked basmati rice and mix gently.
  7. Mix well making sure the rice grain doesn’t break.
  8. Finally, instant veg biryani is ready to serve along with onion salad and raita.

While it tastes great on its own, I enjoy it with a side of raita (yogurt dip). With my instant pot egg biryani recipe, you can cook hardboiled eggs AND biryani rice at the same time in the same pot! This one-pot egg biryani is so easy to make! You can cook the eggs and the rice together in your instant pot and the two turn out perfectly cooked: bright yellow yolks and separate grains of rice.
