  1. Marinate mutton with youghrt and all spice leave for 1 hr
  2. Rice sock for 20 min and then add with boiling water cook 75%
  3. Add 1 cup oil and cumin seed than add marinated mutton fry for 10 to 15 min now add 2 cup of water for mutton tender and dry.now add chopped tomatoes.and then add green chilli fresh coriander and mint with slice lemon.all is done
  4. Now the mutton curry is dry and add fresh mint fresh coriander and green chilli.than 1 layer rice and 1 layer mutton curry again 1 layer rice and 1 layer curry.
  5. Now add some fry onion and 2 tbs kewra water.then cover the lid and steam 30 mint on low flame
  6. Delicious mutton lamb biryani is ready this biryani is very tasty and easy.
