Instructions to make Parda Biryani:
  1. Steps For making Dough - Take a bowl and add 1 cup of warm water,yeast,salt,oil and Maida mix it & slowly make a smooth dough & rest for 30 min
  2. Now till it settles lets prepare biryani for its filling,For this take a pan and add 3 tbsp of Vegetable oil and heat itafter oil heats up add 2 nos of bay leaves, onion,ginger and garlic and mix it and cook it for 1 minafter onion softens a bit add chicken and mix it and cook it for another 1- 2 mins.then add all the spices and cook for 1 min add 1 cup of warm water and cook it again for 1 min
  3. After 1 min add rice which is soaked for 20 min in water and mix it well flame after 10 mins open the lid and add 1 cup of frozen peas/matar and mix it and cook it till rice is 85% cooked
  4. Lets go to the Dough we have left it in step.it will be double of its size now. - now take this dough to the kitchen plat form and spread it with a belan like big bread/roti but make it a bit thick. - Now take steel bowl and grease it from inside with vegetable oil and place the flat dough inside the bowl so that its attached to its inner surface
  5. Now fill the biryani we have prepared earlier inside the bowl and cover it by joining the edges of the dough make it like a ball for baking it you can bake it for 20mins
