Instructions to make Mutton biryani:
  1. In pot add oil and onion fry until golden brown
  2. Add mutton and mix well until it changes color
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
  5. Add sliced tomatoes and mix well,add water and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame untill meat is tender
  6. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,jaifil javitri powder,salt,all whole spice mentioned as above mix well and cook for 2 -3 minutes
  7. Add potatoes,yogurt and mix well and cook for 10 minutes
  8. Add lemon juice and cook untill oil separates and set aside
  9. Boil rice with salt and whole spices
  10. Assembling:in separate pot add boiled rice, mutton gravy masala, tomatoes sliced,lemon sliced and remaining boiled rice
  11. In kewra water add yellow food color and mix well and drizle over biryani
  12. Cover and steam cook on low flame for 8 -10 minutes
  13. Serve with kachumar salad
