  6. Ub is MN pani add krn or cooker ki lid lagadain or flame high krn jaisy he whistle ho flame low krdain
  7. Ub 15 minute bad flame off krdain or 3 minutes bad ehtiyat sa weight hata dein or 5 minute bad jab Sara pressure release hojy to cooker ka dhakkan hata dain or Ub isy flame par dobara rakh kar qurma ko achi trhn bhon Lain ke pani dry hojy
  8. Ub isy flame sa Hata dain
  9. Rice boil krny ke liye phly rice ko 30 minutes soak krn water MN phir ik pateela MN rice ke. Lehaz sa pani lain or is MN salt, zeera, vinegar, And oil add krn or jab boil ajy to rice add krn. Flame high he rkhn 10 minutes MN rice 1 kanni boil hojaenga jtna ke biryani ke liye zarori hai

  11. Ub ik pateela MN phly rice dalain phir Sara qurma with meat And phir 4 sa 5 green chillies, chopped podeena, biryani food color or Adha bacha howa jaifal jawetri powder dalain or phir is ke upar dobara rice dalain or dum par rakh dain 15 minutes ke liye
