  9. Now assemble take half rice in the bottom layer add fried onions mint leaves and one portion of Sabzi.
  10. The second layer of rice and again fried onions mint and Sabzi add little ghee and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  11. Serve with raita papad or pickle
