1. For cheese sauce:-. Take a pan add some butter, after it melts add maida and whisk well for 3-4min. Then add milk and whisk it well.. after it starts becoming thick, add 1 processed cheese, salt oregano, chilli falkes, black pepper powder to taste. Now cheese sauce is ready.
2. For salsa:- chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, then add salt, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and mix well.
3. Now take a plate arrange nacho chips, add cheese sauce over it then salsa, and repeat it once after 2 layer, sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano, grated procesed cheese.
