  19. Prepare 500 g Curd Cheese
  20. Get 50 g Flour
  21. Take 120 g sugar
  22. Make ready 1 Lemon Zest
  23. Prepare 3 eggs
  24. Make ready 40 ml milk
  25. Take 2 tbsp Soured Cream
Instructions to make Poppy Seed - Curd Cheesecake:
  1. Mix & blend the ingredients of the dough, forming a solid dough texture. Wrap it into a cling film and leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  2. All the ingredients for the poppy seed layer are put in a pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes. The set aside cooling down.
  3. For the Curd Cheese Layer, using a hand mixer, we make the curd cheese creamier texture, then stir the rest of the ingredients in.
  4. Take the dough out of the fridge and pin roll it out to round cake spring form, getting 2-3 cm larger than the actual spring form. Place into the form, laying into the bottom & around the side.
  5. Spoon the poppy seed filling into the dough evenly, then comes the curd cheese filling.
  6. Just slide the cake into the 175°C preheated oven for an hour. After an hour, turn the oven off and slightly open the door letting the cake to cool down in the oven.
