  1. Get 5-6 tomatoes
  2. Get 1 onion
  3. Get 2-3 cloves garlic

Steps to make Enchiladas:
  1. Saute garlic and onion.
  2. Add charred and chopped tomatoes, oregano, sugar,salt, chilli flakes and let it cook sauce is ready.
  3. Take another wok add oil garlic onion capsicum broccoli and toss it.
  4. Add kidney beans, mushroom, corn salt oregano chilli flakes.
  5. Take tortillas or chapati put vegetables in it and roll tightly.
  6. Put in the baking tray pour sauce on it and grate cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes Enchiladas ready.
  8. Take out from baking tray and serve it.
