Steps to make Fennel paneer:
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the paneer cubes till golden. Rest aside. Remove excess oil from the kadhai. Add fennel and bay leaf. Add whole garam masalas and chillies. Add curry leaves.
  2. Dissolve red chilli powder and fennel powder and salt and coriander powder in some water. Add to the kadhai. Cook till water evaporates.
  3. Add the milk and malai too. Add sugar. Simmer for a few minutes. Add the paneer and cook for more 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice
