Take 1 . Crab - 3 (clean and cut into 2 keep aside)
Make ready 2 . Oil - 2tbsp
Take 3 . Cardamom - 3

Prepare 6 . Coriander leaves - as needed
Take Fry and Grind:
Get 1 . Oil - 1 tbsp
Take 2 . Cumin - 2 tsp
Make ready 3 . Fennel - 2 tsp
Get 4 . Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Make ready 5 . Onion - 1 sliced
Take 6 . Green chilli - 2
Take 7 . Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Take 8 . Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Make ready 9 . Red chilli - 2
Take 10 . Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Take 11 . Tomatoes - 2 sliced
Take 12 . Water - 1/2 cup
Prepare 13 . Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Steps to make Crab Curry:
Heat kadai add oil once it hot add all the ingredients under "FRY AND GRIND" except coconut. Cool and grind it into smooth paste with coconut. - - 2. Heat iron kadai when it hot add oil. Once the oil is hot add cardamom, clove to this. - - 3. Now add the masala. Cook for 2 min in medium flame.
Now add the cleaned crab to this. Adjust salt. Close with lid and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame. - - 5. Once it done garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed hot rice. - - 6. The next day it taste very nice.
