  5. Cook for 1 hr 30min, but be sure to take the tinfoil off with 15min to go. This timing will make your roast medium-rare. Adjust accordingly should you want your roast less or more rare
  6. If your beef joint is more or less than 1.5kg, be sure to cook it for 6min per 100 grams of meat
  7. Slice thinly and enjoy!
