  4. Once onions become soft, add the strained tomato puree. Mix well.
  5. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, oregano and salt.
  6. Allow it to cook for 10 - 15 minutes on low flame.
  7. After 10 - 15 minutes, the consistency of the puree begins to reduce. Taste it and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  8. Using a spoon, make 3 or 4 well in the tomato mix (picture 1).
  9. Gently break an egg into each wells (picture 2 - 4).
  10. Sprinkle some oil. Cover and cook for a minutes.
  11. Open it and sprinkle pepper powder and parsley leaves over it. - Serve hot!
