Steps to make Shakshuka:
Dice the tomatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper
Add some oil to the pan and heat it on medium-high flame
Cook the onion for a few minutes, then add garlic, bell pepper and cook until garlic starts to turn golden
Add cumin seeds and cook till fragrant (2-3 minutes)
Add tomatoes and the spices. Let it cook on low-medium flame till a puree forms - lid on. (around 20 minutes)
Add the eggs and cook on low flame with the lid on for no more than 3-4 minutes
Top it with greens and fresh ground black pepper.
