  1. In a microwave safe bowl take cream and chopped milk chocolate. Microwave for 20 seconds, stir and again microwave for 20 seconds. Stir well. If chocolate is not melted completely then further microwave for 10 seconds.
  2. Stir well and make sure that chocolate is melted properly. Strain the mixture with the help of the stainer and keep in refrigerator to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl take whipped cream. Add gulkand and some finely chopped rose petals. Mix well. Add the prepared cream chocolate mixture and mix everything well.
  4. Now take 2 mousse glasses. Place 2 gulab jamuns in both the glasses at bottom. Put some mousse in both the glasses over gulab jamuns. Gently tap the glasses so that the mousse goes to the bottom of the glasses. Again place 2 gulab jamuns and fill the glasses with the mousse. Again gently tap the glasses and keep in refrigerator for sometime to set.
  5. Place one gulab jamun on top of the mousse. Place rose petal and keep some sliced pistachios. Keep glasses in refrigerator till set well and serve chilled.
