Mix in the Cream of Mushroom Soup and garlic powder. Once the potatoes are cooked through, strain them then mash them slightly with a potato masher. Add in the mushroom soup/butter mixture and continue to mash the potatoes until they are smooth. Stir in sour cream at the end and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Take Mushroom and chopped it,take sweetcorn, black olives chopped, green olives chopped,sprouts of chana, mung and chopped onion.
  2. Take one cooking pan and take oil with jeera in low to medium flame,add onion and salt in it,take sprouts and ginger and garlic and make thick paste.
  3. Sauté for few minutes and add chopped Mushrooms, add 1 glass of water,add ketchup and also add 1 spoon cornflour with half glass water diluted.
  4. Add chilli flakes and add black peper powder for taste.Boil properly.
  5. Add sweet corn in it,Add soya sauce and boil it upto 5-10 minutes for fragrance to mix properly.
  6. Garnish well. I am making this soup 1st time whenever I make mushroom soup regularly but it’s also taste stunning.I like this boil recipe.
